Greet guests with energy and warmth. Verify the age of each guest. Communicate the Voicebox contract to each party host. Knowledgeable about Voicebox pricing structure, calendar system, POS and guest expectations, to start and close tabs accurately. Remain vigilant for minors and visibly intoxicated persons.
Prepare food in a timely fashion in accordance with recipe and presentation guidelines. Support Servers by delivering food orders to guests and busing. Wash dishes and restocks as needed. Maintain a clean work space. Stay up to date on menu changes, special programs and promotions. Communicate with Front of House and Management about inventory and availability.
Preview the nights’ schedule and prepare for special accommodations with the help of Front of House, Back of House and Management. Communicate karaoke orientation to guests and provide timely, accurate in-suite service of food and beverage. Knowledgeable about Voicebox pricing structure, calendar system, POS and guest expectations. Maintain the cleanliness of server area, bathrooms and each suite. Has the courage to sing a song with a party if asked and good knowledge of popular songs. Remain vigilant for minors and visibly intoxicated persons.
Provide extraordinary, timely service to guests through extensive knowledge of house specialty cocktails, beer, wine and saké. Maintain communication with Host and Server for special accommodations. Knowledgeable about Voicebox pricing structure, calendar system, POS and guest expectations. Maintain cleanliness of the front and back bars. Remain vigilant for minors and visibly intoxicated persons.
Responsible for guest satisfaction, employee performance, day-of scheduling and support any position on the floor. Focus on flow of service for guests and employees while demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills. Verify Front and Back of House checklists and labor practices, such as employee breaks. Coach employees to develop and reinforce positive job skills. Remain vigilant for minors and visibly intoxicated persons.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Oversee all aspects of the store alongside the General Manager. Participate in the hiring and on-shift training of employees to ensure properly staffed shifts. Responsible for appropriate food, beverage and labor costs and inventories of the store. Remain vigilant for minors and visibly intoxicated persons.
Responsible for all aspects of Voicebox’s operations. Actively interacts with Voicebox guests demonstrating excellent guest relations and communication skills. Remain vigilant for minors and visibly intoxicated persons. Participate in the hiring, on-shift training and scheduling of employees to ensure properly staffed shifts. Responsible for appropriate food, beverage and labor costs and inventories of the store, in addition to menu development, purchase specifications and recipes. Maintain the venue and all its infrastructure.
GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Provide exemplary service to guests throughout the booking process (by phone, email, voicemail) by blending warmth, understanding and respect. Anticipate guests’ needs before they are expressed and honor their occasion by personalizing their experience. Knowledgeable about Voicebox’s calendar system. Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication, accuracy, integrity and completeness of guests’ accounts and financial information.
GUEST SERVICES LEAD
Support the Guest Services team by prioritizing pipeline needs, serve as a resource for guest issues and expectations, peer guidance and provides on-shift training. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem- solving skills for complex reservation requests, questions and other issues. Work with Guest Services, Back of House and Management to coordinate catering, packages and other special requests. Act as the lead trainer for new hires to the Guest Services team.
GUEST SERVICES MANAGER
Manage Guest Services team to ensure all guest calls and emails are answered in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Resolve guest disputes and look for opportunities to exceed expectations. Ensure the team has the training and resources needed to perform their jobs.
Create and maintain project scope and objectives. Develop a plan to track each project’s progress. Ensure resources availability and responsible allocation. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Communicate routinely with stakeholders about updates.
Direct and manage the marketing of Voicebox through various channels of communication. Responsible for helping to evolve, build and manage Voicebox’s brand, and manage the planning and execution of multi- location marketing plans. Work collaboratively with internal teams and marketing agency of record to develop new promotions, advise on new ideas and collect valuable insights on our target audiences and guests.
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT I
Create and maintain accurate, timely and complete accounting and human resources data and supporting documentation. Evaluate financial performance by creating and generating reports. Perform duties associated with payroll. Operate with integrity and honesty when handling cash and checks. Procure supplies and services at the request of team members.
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT II
Actively monitor, assess and manage the financial operations of the company to ensure it meets its operational goals. Create and maintain accurate, timely and complete accounting and human resources data and supporting documentation. Assess and report on weekly cash flow metrics. Perform periodic, quarterly and annual financial close. Support the preparation of annual tax filings. Operate with integrity and honesty when handling cash and checks. Procure supplies and services at the request of team members.
COMMUNICATION & TRAINING LEAD
Develop an internal communication strategy with management to incorporate internal news, announcements and initiatives. Implement communication plans using appropriate tools and techniques. Respond to feedback from management and staff and adjust communications content accordingly. Develop and assess materials that will teach employees the skills and requirements of their job. Speak and present to groups of employees, speak interpersonally with individuals, report to management and meet with vendors.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Maintain the job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintain and update recruiting and interviewing programs; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct an analyze exit interviews; recommend changes. Prepare employees for assignments by managing and conduction orientation and training programs. Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.

Coordinate the work of stakeholders to launch projects and open new stores.
